It’s one word, but means a million different things to a million different people.
For now, my interpretation is being hopeful, grateful, healthy… hahaha – even to this one person it already has 3 different meanings. Different, but the same – they all add up/combine to make ‘happy’.
The Happy BODY Project – in this context it means – let’s get healthy! Let’s get strong! Let’s get focussed! Let’s get flexible! Let’s get toned! Let’s get… fill in whatever comes to mind here! Again – different things to different people.
We all have different reasons for wanting to workout/exercise/get more in tune with our bodies – I’m here to help! (I’m working on it with myself everyday 🙂 )
